The restaurant at Schlossberg Hotel Homburg sits high above the town on the Schlossberg. Head chef Mirko Bunk cooks a seasonal menu grounded in French cuisine. It is open Wednesday to Sunday from 6 pm, with lunch on Thursday, Friday and Sunday; closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The kitchen
French
roots
Our kitchen team, led by Mirko Bunk, cooks a menu that changes with the seasons. It is grounded in French cuisine, with international influences. Traditional dishes are reinterpreted using only fresh ingredients, some of them grown by us.
Everything we serve is inspired by the seasons and made in-house from fresh ingredients. Alongside the à la carte menu, the kitchen puts together a four-course menu of the month. Dishes and prices are on our menu page.

The restaurant sits on the Schlossberg, high above Homburg, with a view over the town and the surrounding countryside. Before dinner, have an aperitif on the panoramic terrace, open daily from 2 pm.
After dinner, round off the evening in the hotel bar, open daily until midnight.

How do I reserve a table?

Which days is the restaurant open?
Wednesday to Sunday, 6–10 pm. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The breakfast buffet is still served every day.
Can I have lunch at the restaurant?
Yes, on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays from 12 noon to 2:30 pm.
How much is the menu of the month?
Four courses cost €94 per person, €79 without dessert and €74 without the intermediate course. All dishes are also available individually. The current courses are on our menu page.
Can I book the restaurant for a private event?
Yes. The restaurant covers 200 m² and seats up to 70 guests; the terrace can host a sparkling wine reception or a celebrant-led wedding ceremony. More under Weddings and Private Parties.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are only allowed in the restaurant and bar with permission from the hotel management. Please ask us before your visit.
