What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you would like to leave later, please tell reception by 22:00 the day before. The conditions are set out in our terms.
What if I arrive late?
Reception is open 24 hours a day. If you will arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance so that we can hold your room for you.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, by prior arrangement with us. We charge €15 per pet per day. Pets are only allowed in the restaurant and bar with our permission.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available. How to reach us by car, train or bus is explained under directions.
Can I cancel free of charge?
That depends on the rate you book. The conditions for your booking are shown in the online booking before you confirm and in your booking confirmation; our general terms also apply. Reception will be happy to help with any questions.
How can I pay?
We accept American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. A credit card is required as a guarantee for online bookings, and you can also pay online straight away if you wish.
